WHERE DO WE SHIP?
Vibramassage.com has many warehouses in various different countries. We aim to ship from the warehouse closest to the country of your order.
Vibramassage.com ships to all major North Ametican & European countries as well Australia & New Zealand.
We do not ship to following countries:
North Korea, Sudan, Syria, Cuba, Iran, India, Brazil, Iraq and a few more.
Orders are processed pending item availability and payment approval. During high volume periods, product availability may be subject to change while your order is being processed. Each order is made with care, and immediately processed. Please allow 1 - 4 business days for us to prepare your order for shipment.
Items generally arrive within 4 - 14 business days after an order has been shipped. In rare cases it can take up to 30 business days. If you wait longer than 30 business days from the date of shipment, please send us an e-mail at email@example.com and we shall find out the whereabouts of your order. Please do not place your orders if you are unable to wait. We are not able to cancel you order after it has been shipped by us.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification containing the shipment tracking information.
Orders cannot be changed or updated once they are placed as they immediately start processing.
If you'd like to add another item to your order, please place a new order for the item.
To ensure your security, we take additional steps in verifying the details on your order. If you receive a cancellation notification, please contact Customer Service for more information.
It is possible that your order may be cancelled during high volume periods due to inventory selling out. If your order is cancelled, all charges will be automatically refunded.
CHANGING SHIPPING ADRESS
Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.
International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by your country’s customs department upon arrival. The recipient of the order is the importer of record and is responsible for all import fees, as well as complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country. VibraMassage does not collect duties and taxes and cannot provide any information on the cost of duty and taxes. Customs policies differ from country to country, if you have any questions, please contact your local customs office for more information.
