RETURN POLICY

THANK YOU FOR SHOPPING WITH US!

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 14 calendar days from the date you received your products(s).

The products(s) must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged/unused and unopened in any way. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange.

If the product is damaged/used or opened in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

REFUNDS

After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

REFUNDS FOR SHIPPED ORDERS

It is possible to cancel order before it is shipped. After shipment there is no possibility to cancel your order.

SHIPPING FEES AND COSTS OF RETURN

Shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be included in your refund. Returns will be subject to a $15 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
